  Oh my goodness!!! For my first visit to Chi-Town, my friends told me I had to visit Giordanos and let me tell you... Oh My Word!!!!!! It was breathtakingly delicious. After the first bite I had to sit in silence for a moment. It is literally the best pizza I've had in my life thus far. I took the remainder back to my home state for my family to have a try. They loved it!! Definitely a must have!

  It's been almost 3 hrs and still waiting for 2 small pizza! I ordered at 7:15p and in the confirmation email it stated delivery is 9:05p- 9:15p.. it's 10:08p and pizza is still not here. Not happy :(
  
  UPDATE: and now we are told it's another 30-45 minutes! And the girl on the other end of the line was rude as hell! Are you freaking kidding me?!!!! Well why don’t you wait 4hrs for your food and let’s see how that’s works for you! We are from out of town (first time) and DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
  
  Another update @11:27pm. Been more than 4 hrs now! Pizza still not here. Trying to call for the past 11 mins now and no one wants to answer the call! Wow! This place! I bet they didn't even make our pizza at all!
  
  It's 12:11am...And guess what??? We never received the pizza! I bet they didn't make it at all! It would be nice if they are truthful so at least we can plan ahead and go somewhere else, instead they lie to our faces not once but 4x! No apology mind you! And no refund either! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE’VE EVER HAD!!!!
  WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone! Save your money!

  I love this place! Our party of 6 arrived at 2 pm and were seated immediately. The place was clean and had a great Chicago atmosphere. Love the Cubs photos on the wall! The waitress was perfect, very attentive and brought us things we needed before we even had to ask! The wait for food wasn't even that long, approximately 15 minutes sooner than anticipated. We ordered an appetizer platter while waiting and the potato puffs were delicious! Our pepperoni stuffed deep dish pizza was THE BEST PIZZA I've ever had in my life. I wish we had a Giordano's closer to us because I'd eat it every week!
