  As a business owner I've never left a negative review. I always try to resolve any issues I have directly with people. Nevertheless, both the staff and management of this store have repeatedly failed to respond to my calls and provide the service they promised. I dealt with Slobodan and Christian, who I was told is a manager, was involved over the phone to set up my business account. After two hours in the store they were getting ready to close. Slobodan wasn't able to answer why the downpayment for the phones was more than the cost of the phones under the current promotion. He told me he will get the phones I needed and the answers to my questions the next day and call me to finish the transaction. He never did. I called multiple times, left messages for both Slobodan and Christian and explained the situation. No one ever returned my calls. When I finally was able to get in touch with Slobadan, two weeks later, the promotion had expired. I was upset but as a business owner I know that sometimes things don't happen the way they should so I asked to speak with a manager. He said that he will try to remedy the situation and that his business representative will get in touch with me the same day or the day after. That was over a week ago. Both the staff and management of this store have repeatedly failed to provide basic customer service and in addition to wasting hours of my time they cost me over $800 that I will now have to pay to get the phones I wanted.
